Terms and Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

"App" means the Secret Tel Aviv App, website and any related products, services, features, communication channels and technologies operated by Secret Garden Media Ltd.

"User" means any individual who accesses or uses the App.

"Business" means any company, organisation, venue, service provider, event organiser, sole trader or other entity that creates a profile, publishes content or otherwise uses the App.

"Content" means any text, photographs, images, logos, videos, reviews, comments, ratings, listings, event information, business information, deals, promotions or other materials submitted to or displayed within the App.

"Deal" means any discount, coupon, promotion, offer, benefit or incentive displayed through the App.

"Event" means any event, performance, exhibition, workshop, class, festival, activity or gathering displayed through the App.

"Featured Listing" means any business, event, deal or content receiving enhanced visibility through paid promotion, editorial selection or any similar mechanism.

"Secret Tel Aviv Ecosystem" means all current and future platforms operated by Secret Garden Media Ltd., including websites, applications, newsletters, WhatsApp channels, social media accounts, marketing materials and related communication channels.

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Secret Tel Aviv App and all related services operated by Secret Garden Media Ltd. ("Secret Tel Aviv", "we", "us" or "our").

By accessing, browsing, creating an account, submitting content or otherwise using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the App.

We reserve the right to update, modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the App following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Section headings are included for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation. Where the context permits, words in the singular shall include the plural and vice versa.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use the App.

You represent and warrant that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to refuse access to any person at our sole discretion.

Certain features of the App may require the creation of a user account.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information and to keep such information updated.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.

You must notify us immediately if you believe that your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation.

We reserve the right to suspend, deactivate, restrict or terminate accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions, remain inactive for an extended period of time, or otherwise present a risk to the integrity of the App.

By creating an account, providing your contact details or otherwise interacting with the App, you consent to receive communications from us.

Such communications may include newsletters, product updates, event announcements, deal alerts, marketing communications, service notifications, account-related communications, surveys and feedback requests, sponsored content and promotional messages, and push notifications (where you have enabled these on your device).

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism provided within such communications. We will make reasonable efforts to process unsubscribe requests promptly.

Certain service-related communications may continue to be sent where necessary for the operation, administration or security of the App.

The App may contain advertisements, sponsored content, affiliate links, promoted businesses, promoted events, featured deals, featured listings and other forms of paid promotion.

Content designated as "Featured", "Promoted", "Sponsored" or similar may constitute paid advertising.

The presence of any advertisement, sponsorship or featured placement does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation or guarantee by Secret Tel Aviv.

We may receive compensation, commissions, referral fees or other commercial benefits from advertisers, businesses, event organisers, partners, affiliates or service providers in connection with content, listings, bookings, ticket sales, purchases, referrals or other activities occurring through the App.

Such commercial relationships may influence the inclusion, presentation, promotion or visibility of certain content within the App, but do not constitute a guarantee, endorsement or recommendation by Secret Tel Aviv.

The App may integrate with or rely upon third-party providers for hosting, authentication, analytics, communications, mapping, payment processing, artificial intelligence, email delivery, messaging services and other functionality.

While we strive to work with reputable providers, we do not own or control such services and are not responsible for their performance, availability, reliability, security or policies.

We shall not be liable for any interruption, outage, security incident, data breach, loss of information, policy change, technical malfunction or other issue arising from the use of third-party services.

Links to third-party websites or services are provided solely for convenience. We do not endorse, control or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products or services.
