• Authentication providers (such as Apple Sign In or Google Sign In), if you choose to use these to create or access your account

We engage third-party service providers to assist in operating the App. These providers may have access to your information solely to perform services on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect it. Such providers include cloud hosting, database and storage providers (including Base44), authentication services, analytics, email delivery, push notifications, mapping, AI/ML platforms, customer support tools, and payment processors.

Where you interact with a Business through the App (for example by redeeming a Deal or attending an Event), relevant information may be shared with that Business to facilitate the interaction.

Content you submit to the App (including reviews, photographs and profile information) may be published or promoted across the Secret Tel Aviv Ecosystem in accordance with the licence granted under our Terms and Conditions. This includes our website, newsletter, WhatsApp channels and social media platforms.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets or corporate restructuring, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change and the application of a new privacy policy where required by law.

We may disclose your information where required to do so by law, court order, regulatory authority or to protect the rights, property or safety of Secret Garden Media Ltd., our users or others.

We may share aggregated or anonymised information that does not identify you individually with partners, advertisers and for research or analytical purposes.
