The idea is simple: do fewer things, do them well, and keep prices reasonable for the level of product being served. The collaboration with chef Tom Aviv helped sharpen that vision into a more polished dining experience. Steaks are the main reason to come, supported by a strong wine list that fits the menu rather than competing with it.
