Sabich Frishman

One of the best sabichs in Tel Aviv! No trip along Frishman Street is complete without a stop at the popular Frishman Sabich, one of Tel Aviv’s premier Sabich locations. Are you curious what Sabich is? The less well-known vegetarian street food from Iraq (compared to falafel) consists of a warm pita stuffed with roasted eggplant, a little bit of potato, a hard-boiled egg, rich tahini, and unusual herbs and spices. Frishman Falafel is right next door for those seeking something a little less dramatic, but we advise trying Sabich, particularly at this storied restaurant.
