Molam brings things back toward the city centre with a completely different vibe. Opened by the team behind Thai at Har Sinai, it’s more of a cocktail bar with excellent Thai food than a restaurant that happens to serve drinks. The cocktails pair really well with the sharing plates, so we’d order a few dishes for the table instead of eating individually.
