Milgo Milbar

Milgo & Milbar is the project of acclaimed chef Moti Titman, who focuses on modern Israeli seafood using the freshest local ingredients. Located in a classic Bauhaus building, the dining room is minimalistic, with soft jazz in the background and a curated wine list by Nave Solomon. The menu changes seasonally and offers a balance of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavors — everything from grilled fish to creative seafood plates.
