Just off Levinsky Market, Bitter Bar earns its name honestly — sharp drinks in a space that doesn’t try too hard. Big circular lighting hangs over a marble bar, setting a tone that matches the sound and energy of the room. Owner Aviv Kedar worked with ON Studio on the interior, aiming for something casual and effortless, and it shows in a warehouse space that could easily have felt cold instead. Between the design and the hospitality, it’s become one of the more underrated names in the city’s cocktail scene.
