Abie

The restaurant is run by chef Asaf Doktor together with his brother Yotam — the same duo behind Ha’Achim, which has become a long-standing favorite in Tel Aviv. That experience shows here. Abie works almost entirely with the daily catch, cooked over pomegranate wood in a large oven at the center of the space. The menu changes often, depending on what comes in, and the cooking stays restrained: clean fire, careful seasoning, and no unnecessary extras.
